Orientation Week 2024:
The Concurrent Education Orientation Team is an incredibly excited group of students that welcome first-year students to Queen’s! The Con-Ed Orientation Transition Period is a fantastic way to meet incoming students in your faculty and determine what it means to be a Con-Eddie and Queen’s student through engaging academic and social events. Throughout this period, you will become familiar with many resources, be introduced to faculty members and upper-year students, learn about our programs, create lasting friendships, fun memories, and officially be brought into our Con-Ed family! Con-Ed Orientation is a unique and exciting experience that fosters a community between all members of the Con-Ed family and develops lasting memories. They are an amazing group of people filled with passion, energy, and Con-Ed love; they could not be more excited to meet you all! QCE
Queen’s Conference on Education (QCE) is a professional development conference for post-secondary students who share an interest and passion in the field of education. It is a non-profit event that aims to allow students to network, grow, and learn about what is new and needed in education. Con-Ed Formal
Con-Ed formal is an event held in April to commemorate and celebrate the end of the semester. Students love to dress up, dance, eat great food, and take pictures! It truly is always a night to remember! If you are interested in getting involved, you can join the formal planning committee, volunteer as a photographer/videographer, or just come and have a great time!
Con-Ed Camp
Con-Ed Camp is a long-standing traditional weekend excursion for Con-Ed students of all years! Be ready for traditional camp games, amazing company, campfires, and fun water activities that will make Con-Ed a highlight of your year. Stay tuned for more information at the end of August/early September about how you can register for this amazing event!
