Piece of Advice:

My advice to new teachers would be to remember why you became a teacher throughout your career.  This profession is about the students.  It can be very easy to get caught up in the politics of any job, but as a teacher this can negatively impact your classroom.  Stay focused on the daily task of educating and inspiring your students.  Stay positive. Keep your sense of humor. Believe in yourself.  Confidence can make a huge difference.
