Queer Halloween Collage Party

Come celebrate Halloween with other Queer and Trans Con-Eddies as part of CESA Equity’s Queer Halloween Collage Party :) On Thursday November 5th between 7pm-9pm, drop in anytime over Zoom to work on a spooky collage and talk with other Con-Eddies. We’ve waited to host this event until after reading week so that everyone has the opportunity to celebrate Halloween in a safe and accessible environment. If Zoom conversation and breakout rooms aren’t your thing, we’ll also be screening The Rocky Horror Picture Show; an iconic yet heavily discussed film, which will be followed by a moderated discussion on the film’s main themes and character portrayal within the context of gender expression, sexuality and intersectionality. Costumes, makeup and any other forms of gender expression are always welcome whether spooky or not :) Feel free to bring your own materials, but you can find Halloween/autumn-themed collage kits at the Linktree attached to this description and in the @equitycesa Instagram bio along with the Zoom link for the event.
