Favourite thing about Con-Ed: I would have to say my favourite thing about Con-Ed is the close bonds that our faculty shares. There is so much love, which gives everyone involved a real sense of belonging. Being part of this loving faculty made first year so much easier. I guess my second favourite part is me…..

Favourite thing about Teach Exec: I would have to say the fact that they work really hard, while still keeping things fun for us and themselves, is my favourite thing about them. Oh, and they’re also super nice, and super amazing in every way and are in no way forcing me to write this. I am doing this of my own free will.

Personal spotlight: I guess a personal spotlight for me is my love of music. I play bass, guitar, and piano, and i have been in a band, it was super fun. I also enjoy improv, woot woooot. Also another fun fact, talking about myself makes me feel awkward :p.

Words of wisdom for the Frosh of 2014: My words of wisdom would be to try your best no matter what, whether you enjoy the subject or hate it, and stay ahead of all of your reading. It will make things so much easier. Also, enjoy the little things, because those are what really matter.

Words of Wisdom for Frosh of 2014: Go to all the frosh week events and put yourself out there and you will have a stellar time. Do your readings. Don’t forget who you were when you left but be open to new opportunities and people with different outlooks.

Personal Spotlight: a bit of flare, a dash of free-spirit, a hint of crazy, the look of wide eyed innocence, then throw in a pile of freckles and a sequined shirt and poof! Thats me. I love theatre a whole lot and i love musical theatre more than life itself, and i spend the majority of my time in rehearsals for one show or another.  i like to travel, sing-along to music and buy sunglasses.

Personal Spotlight: I moved to Canada when I was two years old and I have a twin sister in commerce, but we look nothing alike. I absolutely love the Long Island music scene from the early 2000s, ESPECIALLY Brand New – if you’re a fan, let me know! I also love live music, so maybe we’ve been to some of the same shows .. ? I love everything from my childhood: If I could have dinner with anyone living or dead, it would be Walt Disney. I love everything Harry Potter and can pretty much quote every Friends episode in existence. Uncle Jesse is my most favourite fictional character. Cheesy jokes are the best and the same goes for cheesy movies .. helloo Grind and The Fast and The Furious! I’m planning on going into I/S for History and French .. Bonjour!

Words of wisdom for the Frosh of 2014: GET INVOLVED! Whether it be within Con-Ed, or by joining a club, auditioning for a play, find something you are interested in! You can learn so much and meet so many interesting people in your own year as well as upper years. In order to get as much out of your first year as possible I believe you need to embrace all kinds of opportunities: academic, extra-curricular and social. It’s all about finding balance.
