Sarah Hargan
Nickname(s): mostly Hargan but people get creative so also: Hargo, Hargandäas, Hargonzobean… Hometown: Toronto Favourite First Year Course: For sure DRAM100. The lectures may seem brutal at times, but the Labs are AWESOME! Favourite thing about Con-Ed: This is a trick question because there are an endless number of favourite things. But the list starts with: booty shaking, the small faculty, Con-Ed love, sock wrestling, double degrees, THE PEOPLE, West, and B.Ed jokes. Favourite thing about Teach Exec: A mix between their charming personalities, clever wit, and bubbly spirits- oh, and not to mention their dashing good looks. It’s pretty much impossible not to fall madly in love with them. Words of wisdom for the Frosh of 2014: Get involved! I know university may seem intimidating at first, but consider what you’re interested in and I guarantee Queen’s has something you can do in that interest. Getting involved at Queen’s whether it be in a club, volunteering, or on a council is a great step to meet new people and get the most our of your time at Queen’s. Personal spotlight: I am obsessed with the 90’s. Seriously anything from the music, dance moves (get ready to bust those out with me during frosh week) to the fashion, I love it all. Other loves of mine include dancing, drama, hairless cats, booty shaking, Kraft Dinner, the outdoors and CON-ED! I also have a stump thumb! Pretty much I sucked it as a child (and a tween..) and it didn’t grow. Oh, and I’m doing I/S with teachables in Drama and History. I am SOOO excited to be a teach and to meet you, so gear up for a crazy frosh week! |
