How about the newly designed Con-Ed Vegan Jacket?!

It’s an American Apparel windbreaker of the same midnight blue colour, with the Con-Ed crest on the front, your year number on the left sleeve, and “QUEEN’S CON-ED” on the back. Crests & jacket bars are also able to be sewn onto these jackets – the material is the only difference!

These jackets are comparable to the Nursing/ArtSci windbreakers that you may have seen around campus.

Con-Ed Vegan Jackets will be on sale in the Con-Ed Office for these two weeks only and are estimated to arrive during Week 12 (April 2-6). The price is set at $120 for now, but the more people who buy jackets, the less expensive they will become. Refunds will be given if the pricing thresholds are met.

Sample sizes (S-XL) will be available by Friday, March 2 in the Office. Get yours now!

And a quick reminder from your Community Affairs Commissioners to join us on the evening of Wednesday, February 29 for a screening of Waiting for Superman. This thought-provoking and award-winning documentary examines the American public education system. We’ll be collecting donations at the screening to benefit the Limestone Learning Foundation to benefit Kingston students, so be sure to come out! The Facebook event can be found here.

- Sundaes on a Sunday is coming up this Sunday! Come make and eat delicious ice cream treats and help support the Con Ed Relay for Life team. Join us at 318 William St. at 5:30 PM. For more information, check out the Facebook event here.

- Monday, March 5 is the Con Ed Service Auction! Join us at the Ale House Canteen at 7:00, for only $2 at the door you’ll get the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of services provided by fellow Con-Eddies, from a house clean-up to essay editing and tutoring! Our fundraising team has put together this great evening for us, so be sure to be there!

- The next Academics Meeting is coming up soon! Join us from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in Douglas 516 on March 7 to discuss issues that matter to you.

What we need?
Enthusiastic volunteers that are willing to give up their Friday to provide a safe and exciting experience for the visiting students. The day will begin at 9:00 and run until 3:00.
