Draft Constitution Released

CESA’s Operational Review and Constitutional Amendment (ORCA) committee has been hard at work addressing some of the major operational flaws of  the constitution. After months of work, the project is almost completed.

ORCA’s recommendations will be discussed at the CESA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 22nd at 7 pm in Robert Sutherland Hall (formerly Policy Studies) room 202.

A draft copy of the new proposed consitution is available here.

This is not the final version of the document that will be voted on at the AGM. That copy and several policy manuals will be released by March 12th at the latest.

Please direct any questions about the committee, it’s work, or the constitution to Jennifer Peirce (5jp14) or Mike Brinkworth (6mb3) the co-chairs of the ORCA committee.
